New yarrow!

Photobucket

Success! I have 3 fairly mature yarrow plants waiting to be planted, along with a monster feverfew plant! This is good news, especially since I'm just beginning work on the final chapter of The King's Heart.

Photobucket

All the yarrow I've had planted in my yard before was of the yellow variety. Once on a trip to the central coast, I found a nursery with white yarrow. But all these plants I bought today are different colors. The first one we found was a reddish color called cerise. The next one said "salmon colored" blooms.

The last one has purple flowers. I'm very pleased!

I'm sure to be finished with this initial rough draft of my King's Tale sequel either today or tomorrow. Then will come the revising/editing stage.

The yarrow looks great- the flowers are pretty.

Congratulations on your first draft nearly being complete. I'm looking forward to reading the finished story.

Thanks! I was glad to get the manuscript done earlier today since there will be a lot of planting plants going on in the near future! LOL!

Thank you! I'll post better pictures when I get them in the ground!

In honor of finishing the book today, I made sure to put the plants in the epilogue :)
